Description:
- The function of this Video Balun is to replace the traditional 75-ohm coaxial cable with Cat 5 unshielded twisted pair ( UTP ) cable in the CCTV and surveillance environment provide a solution for high quality and long distance transmission.
- For new design, all enhanced video balun can connect to one DVR card, but old one cannot.

Working Distance:
Over a maximum of 2000 ft. (600m), UTP cable gives exceptional quality, far better than coaxial cable. Also, UTP cable has outstanding interference rejection
Usage:
Baluns should be used in pairs with any video equipment, especially suitable for Camera to DVR, DVR to CCTV Monitor, Cameras to Video switch and Camera to multiplexer
